The International Franchise team provides a dedicated service to our Franchise Partners, including support and advice on Retail Operations, Buying, Supply, Merchandising, Product Training and Marketing. Please refer to our website for a greater understanding of our brand values and how we as a team support our partners, what we look for in an International Franchise Partner, and what the rewards can be for our partners. 

The Mamas & Papas International Franchise Department is split into 2 areas:
Business Development: manage all aspects of market research / price bench marking / partner search / market visits / contract negotiation.

Commercial / Operations: project manage the brand launch in a new territory (from store design to ticket production to IT system requirements) and handle all day to day dealings with the Franchise Partner.
The multi award winning Mamas & Papas brand signed an exclusive Franchise agreement with an established Middle East based company to launch the brand in the Gulf states. We currently have stores in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain and will imminently launch in Saudi Arabia.

The key focus for the business going forward is identifying the right Franchise Partner in the right location who fully understands the brand offering and how best to successfully execute the Mamas & Papas brand values within their territory (both commercially & operationally). From a UK Head Office perspective it is imperative that we have the right level of skill and expertise in Buying, Merchandising, Training, Marketing and Logistics to support our ambitious roll out plans and that we take a flexible approach to new launches in new markets.
