Our service is based in the region of Gravesham Kent, we aim to deliver first class care to patients with a range of Neurological conditions including Strokes, Parkinson's, Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and so on. We aim to make a real difference to the lives of those in the local community.
Working alongside our team of dedicated professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and more. The team has a great professional support network which includes regular interaction and team meetings that allows us to grow, learn and develop together.
