The Resourcing Team is an essential part of our high profile Human Resources (HR) department within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT). The role of the Resourcing Officer is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career, who perhaps works in Recruitment consultancy or a similar target driven position, or someone who is a quick learner and passionate about customer service.
In this pivotal role as a resourcing officer you will be working within a dynamic team in an energised and fast paced environment.
The role includes carrying out a variety of duties related to recruitment including:
- Managing your own case load, recruiting to approximately 70 vacancies at any one time
- Managing the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment
- Liaising with managers of all levels across the Trust, providing advice and guidance in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
- Maintaining contact with our candidates to ensure they are kept up to date throughout their recruitment journey
- Working to KPIs and targets as set by our Executive board
- Taking part in running training sessions in recruitment and selection
- Travelling to various sites across the county to attend team meetings or facilitate corporate induction

Please note hours for this post are full time, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and we have one permanent and one fixed term post available.

For Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust also receive an allowance of a 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of 1,682. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
