A range of posts are available on our Women's Treatment Ward and WPICU including; charge nurses, staff nurses, assistant practitioners, and health care assistants. We are looking for staff who are committed to working in a gender sensitive way and who are aware of the issues contributing to mental health problems for women. Enthusiasm and compassion are essential and will contribute to our plans to develop outstanding services. Successful candidates will be provided with high quality specialist training and supervision to work in these specialist areas.

We aim to recruit a workforce made up of 70% women and so applications from women are actively encouraged. This workforce model aims to ensure that our service users have access to a female keyworker and to ensure the privacy and dignity of the women we care for.
