We are looking for staff who are committed to working in a gender sensitive way and who are aware of the issues contributing to mental health problems for women. Enthusiasm and compassion are essential and will contribute to our plans to develop outstanding services. Successful candidates will be provided with high quality specialist training and supervision to work in these specialist areas.
We aim to recruit a workforce made up of 70% women and so applications from women are actively encouraged. This workforce model aims to ensure that our service users have access to a female keyworker and to ensure the privacy and dignity of the women we care for.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications.
