Patient Administration, Castle Hill Hospital

37.5 hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

We are looking to appoint a supervisor to the Patient Administration Team at Castle Hill Hospital. The individual will be responsible for the supervision of several clerical officers, covering a busy reception area and medical records.

The role will be a working supervisory post and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the whole team. You must demonstrate the ability to manage competing workloads in a busy administrative environment and you will need to have a flexible approach to working.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working with a diverse range of people. Good IT skills and attention to detail are also a must; we aim to deliver a high standard of service to our patients and medical team.
