Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting service has vacancies in The Dartford and Gravesend health visiting team. If you are a registered Specialist

Community Public Health Nurse (a qualified Health Visitor) and a keen public health advocate who can demonstrate working within the 4,5,6 Health Visitor model we would like you to consider joining one of our Health Visiting teams. Students Health Visitors are welcome to apply.

Our Health Visiting team offers a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme and are committed to the delivery of high quality care to our clients in partnership with other agencies and local communities; i.e Children's Centres and voluntary services, in addition to our GP and Midwifery colleagues. Health Visiting in Kent offers exciting opportunities to work within skill mix teams with corporate case-loads. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development and provide regular clinical and child protection supervision.

Full and Part Time positions are available.

For Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust also receive an allowance of a 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of 1,682. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
