Brief Description of the Role:

The principle responsibilities of the post are: Take a proactive role in supporting the Deputy Head of Procurement and Senior Procurement Managers in implementing the Trust's Procurement Strategy and Procurement Transformation Plan. The ideal candidate should enjoy working as part of a team, be motivated, keen to learn, able to influence, conduct strategic negotiations, have excellent inter-personnel skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.

You must also be results orientated and able to identify further opportunities to support departments savings target and increase contract coverage and compliance throughout the Trust.
