The Estates Department is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Estates Grounds Team Leader experienced in the building services environment, particularly maintenance of Hospital buildings, to join their team in the day to day maintenance of trust properties.
The Estates Team is looking for an individual that is experienced in health and safety, grounds maintenance to buildings, roads, pathways, car parks and grounds environments with an ability to work with technology based maintenance systems and lead a team to provide a quality grounds environment.
You will work as part of the Estates Team which is specifically responsible for the provision of Estates Services to the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Properties.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable.
