This is an opportunity to become a member of our Health Visiting Team to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Health Visiting Team that covers the Dartford and Gravesend district.

Responsibilities will include data entry, typing of reports and letters, filing, arranging appointments with clients, answering telephone enquiries and maintaining a variety of allocation data bases.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person, with a flexible approach to join our highly innovative Health Visiting Team. The successful applicant will need good clerical and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise the workload. Good communication skills including an excellent telephone manner are essential.

Good keyboard and IT skills are essential, including use of IT software; word, excel and email.

This is a full time post however a part time post is also available.

For Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust also receive an allowance of a 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of 1,682. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
