We are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our team
This post also attracts a 5% London fringe allowance and offers the same terms and conditions as agenda for change for most policies and NHS Pension.

Sapphire Unit is based at Gravesham Community Hospital. We offer rehabilitation to a diverse population to enable them to return to their own homes as quickly as possible. To assist in the need to help prevent avoidable hospital admissions, we aim to be able to offer a service that can deliver a nursing role in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing team. For your development we can offer rotation between the units to gain insight into the different areas we provide the inpatient service to.
You will need enthusiasm and commitment to provide the highest standards of care to patients, relatives and carers, and the ability to provide professional clinical leadership. You will need to have an interest in, and enjoy, working with older people and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You will be expected to direct and deliver the care for the clients at the unit, including medicines management. This will also include physical care, emotional support and rehabilitation care in conjunction with our therapy staff. Experience within a hospital rehabilitation setting would be desirable.
Day and nights shifts will be available on a full or part time basis.
As a valued member of the team, we'll offer you a competitive salary of 22,128 to 28,746 per annum pro rata, ongoing training and development and good quality working conditions.
You will get agenda for change paid annual leave starting at 27 days for 0-5 years' service, 29 days for 5-10 years' service and 33 days for over 10 years' service, plus bank holidays.
