Locum Consultant Oncoloplastic Breast Surgeon

The Breast Surgery Department across Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Derby Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon to join the service.
The appointee will have significant experience in Breast Surgery including Oncoplastic surgery and will join the team of Breast surgeons across the two sites.
The department provides a full range of out-patient diagnostic services and elective operating services for benign and malignant breast disease and breast reconstruction, specialist outpatient clinics and in patient and day case theatre sessions. As well as Triple Assessment clinics there are specialist clinics in breast reconstruction, familial breast cancer and advanced breast cancer.
Three weekly MDTs take place with the whole team across two sites.

Whilst you will be employed by Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the post holder will work across both sites - Queens Hospital, Burton and Royal Derby Hospital as part of the integrated Breast service.
