The Oxford Health Pharmacy & Medicines Management Service employs approximately 60 staff, predominantly Clinical Pharmacists and Technicians, supported by Senior Pharmacy Assistants and Administrative staff. The department provides pharmacy services to mental health, community hospitals and other community based services.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our dispensary team based at Weston-on-the-Green.
The role would involve updating patient medication records and dispensing medication for the various Oxford Health community and mental health units.
The role would also involve ward based work, medicines reconciliation, checking patients own medicines, initiating medicine supplies and assisting with patient discharges.
There will also be an involvement in dispensary stock management and supplying to the various wards / departments, procurement invoicing and environmental monitoring.
