We are looking for therapists with strong leadership skills at team leader and /or clinical specialist level.

The configuration of sessions we have could suit 3 part time Band 7 posts. A full time post could also be considered. There will be sessions allocated to Early Years and School Years team leadership. Additional clinical sessions will be made up of early years, mainstream schools and dysfluency specialisms.

The sessions will be across the Dartford and Gravesend area but you would be based at Gravesham Community Hospital.

We actively encourage and support CPD opportunities via a range of learning styles (attendance at CEN's / course / shadowing / supervision etc)

For Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust also receive an allowance of a 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary up to a maximum of 1,682. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
