We are looking for a band 6 nurse, or a band 5 nurse wishing to pursue a career in palliative care, who is willing to undertake an exciting band 5 to band 6 development programme. Secondment opportunities would be considered.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic nurse, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as an autonomous practitioner within the team at PHC and in collaboration with other organisations.

You will have excellent communication skills. Community experience is required for the role. Car driver is essential.
You will be working a combination of early and late shifts, covering a 7 day a week service, with fringe payments and additional out of hours payments, and will be able to contribute to your existing NHS pension scheme.
