Reporting to the Head of Corporate Business you will pro-actively manage a portfolio of accounts within a market sector consisting of local and national accounts promoting the companies range of services. You will work to agreed monetary and activity targets, maximising sales and service opportunities and maintain account information to ensure the effectiveness of all marketing and mailing activities. Further, you will undertake additional customer/call centre/business activities and seek to gain leads for Field Sales visits. To be considered you will ideally be a graduate (or equivalent)with proven customer service experience, some tele-sales/account management experience and display good communication skills.
